Tween Monday: Fortune Cookie Valentines
Tweens in grades 4-6 are invited to join us for Tween Monday: Fortune Cookie Valentines on Monday, February 9 at 4 PM in the Crawford Room at the Library.
At this creative Tween Monday program, participants will learn how to make paper fortune cookie Valentines by folding paper circles and tucking a handwritten message inside. With just two simple folds, kids can create a fun, interactive alternative to traditional Valentine’s cards.
These paper fortune cookies are perfect for sharing with classmates, friends, or family, and can be used as Valentine’s cards or as playful “fortunes” at a family dinner. This activity encourages creativity, fine motor skills, and thoughtful message-writing in a relaxed, social setting.
