Afterschool @ the Library: Yarn Birds

Join us in the Crawford Room on Wednesday, March 18 at 4 PM for Afterschool @ the Library, where we’ll be creating colorful Yarn Birds.

Students in grades K-6 will design and build their own bright, feathery friends using yarn, paper shapes, and a little imagination. By wrapping, layering, and adding fun details like wings, beaks, and eyes, kids will transform simple materials into bold and whimsical birds perched and ready for spring.

This hands-on craft is a great way to practice fine motor skills, explore texture and color, and let creativity take flight in a relaxed and welcoming environment. All supplies are provided at no cost. Call 577.7323 for more information.
