Messy StoryTime: Sidewalk Art
Messy StoryTime, where fun, interactive play meets a bit of mess! Join us one Friday per month at 10 AM for a "mess-themed" read-aloud and activity. On Friday, July 11th at 10 AM, we’ll be exploring and playing outside with sidewalk art! After enjoying summery and crafty stories and songs, we'll head out into the sun (weather permitting) for some creative, hands-on play where kids can explore the fun and colors of decorating the sidewalks outside the Library.
The point behind Messy StoryTime is to encourage kids to explore and have fun in a more relaxed, playful setting. Be prepared to get messy—some months might feature paint, markers, fake snow, and more! We recommend that parents and kids wear something that can get a little dirty and will wash easily.
