Women's Mental Health Book Club: "Women Talking" by Miriam Toews

Join us for the Women’s Mental Health Book Club, a welcoming space for reflection, connection, and meaningful discussion around the unique mental health challenges women face. Facilitated by Amy Adwalpalker, LPC from Deep Waters Counseling, this group provides supportive conversations, shared insight, and space to grow together.

We’ll meet on Thursday, November 14th from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Mental Health Hub, located at 701 Antler Dr in Casper.

This month, we’ll be reading Women Talking, a powerful novel inspired by true events that explores trauma, resistance, and the collective strength of women reclaiming their voice and agency.
