Turning the Page: Reflect & Reset for the New Year
Take a pause before turning the page. Join us for a two-part community workshop led by licensed professional counselor Amy Adwalpalker, created to help you meaningfully close out 2025 and begin 2026 with clarity and intention. Each session includes gentle guidance, reflective journaling, and a symbolic activity to mark your personal transition between years.
You are welcome to attend one or both sessions:
Part One: Reflecting on 2025
Mon Dec 30 @ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Casper Mental Health Hub
Look back with honesty and compassion. This session focuses on releasing and learning from the past year’s experiences through guided journaling and quiet reflection.
Part Two: Envisioning 2026
Fri Jan 24 @ 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Location: Natrona County Library, Crawford Room
Look ahead with curiosity and purpose. We will explore what you want to carry forward, what you hope to cultivate, and how to chart a meaningful path into the new year.
The workshop will be led by licensed professional counselor Amy Adwalpalker and is free and open to all. No journaling experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.
Together, we will look back with gratitude and curiosity and forward with imagination and intention. For more information, call 577.7323.
